The AERIUM isn’t just a dance studio—it’s a sanctuary where aerial arts become both an emotional and physical journey. In alignment with its mission to foster artistry, strength, self-worth, and performance through flight, we are proud to introduce our first-ever Pre-Professional Company, CIRQUE VOLAER. This company prepares aspiring aerial artists to step boldly into the limelight.

We aim to present a public production featuring dancers and aerialists from CIRQUE VOLAER, performing on silks, lyra, trapeze, cube, and other apparatuses—showcasing their imagination, athleticism, and emotional expression. This show invites San Antonio audiences to experience the transformative power of aerial arts while supporting studio members as artists and performers.

Our performances explore themes ranging from classic literature to contemporary reimagining of traditional circus. Our cast of locally trained performers is eager to expand our reach, increase accessibility to the aerial arts, and inspire future flyers, audiences, and collaborators alike.

With Awesome Foundation funding, we will bring this vision to life—providing rehearsal space, technical production, and mentoring opportunities—culminating in a community-wide event that celebrates resilience, artistry, and joy through aerial movement.
