Have an idea to make our city even MORE AWESOME? Want to win $1000 with no strings attached? You are in the right place! 19 local micro-trustees have partnered with the international AWESOME FOUNDATION to launch an Awesome chapter here in Newburyport. The Awesome Foundation has donated over $7m to groups around the world in an effort to "create more awesomeness in the universe $1000 at at time."
For our first year our chapter we will be awarding 6 $1000 micro grants every other month starting in November 2025 - September 2026. We are excited to hear about your project and how it can benefit our Newburyport community in some positive and AWESOME way.

Pitch Nights - For Season 1 2025-2026: Nov 18/Jan 20/March 24/May 19/July 21/Sept 15.
The public is welcome to join us at Pitch Nights, our pitch nights are held at Michael's Harborside Restaurant. Those pitching must be able to attend pitch night to be eligible to win.
