The acquisition of Dorothea Dix by the city of Raleigh this past May was big news and the result of many years of active advocacy, negotiation and planning. This space, with so much history and so much potential should be celebrated and explored by Raleigh citizens.
To get people out exploring our city acquisition, we have created a noninvasive and light self-guided tour of the park, and encourage people to get excited about the future of the space.
Thank you to Miller Taylor for the photography.
