Every Thursday our Diverse Disco brings adults with learning disabilities together in West Derby, Liverpool, for a safe, welcoming, and joyful afternoon of music, dance, and friendship.

Many of our attendees face barriers to social inclusion and often lack accessible opportunities to enjoy community events. The Diverse Disco provides an environment where everyone — regardless of ability — can express themselves freely, build confidence, and feel part of something vibrant and inclusive.

The discos are carefully designed to meet accessibility and sensory needs, with friendly staff providing support. We use music, dance, and social activities as tools to boost mental wellbeing, reduce isolation, and create a strong sense of community belonging.
