This summer, I want to prevent kids from using their iPads or phones all the time. My idea is to create boxes with fun activities that will be fun for kids to use. I want to help kids use their imagination because, as I get older, I don't want to go to summer camp, so I don't know what to do. So I thought, why not make boxes of fun activities?!!! The boxes that I will make will all have a theme for different interests. For example, I will make a box for a person who likes to play card and board games or a box for someone who likes to make things such as clay sculptures or paintings. I would like to make about 20-25 of these boxes. I think that we could distribute them at the library and town hall at the beginning of the summer. I would like to aim for ages 8-11.
