The Life Kitchen Project is a new start up with the purpose to educate vulnerable young people in the community with specifically designed programs to upskill and promote healthy lifestyle choices. These programs would be working either one on one or in small groups to deliver cookery, nutrition and mentoring to develop life skills and to build self-esteem. Our bespoke programs will address current challenges facing our community like social isolation, creating loneliness and anxiety surrounding the pandemic. Our programs will offer a fun, friendly, supportive and interactive opportunity for young people to learn skills for life. It will be delivered in residential homes or kitchens provided by community groups, schools or workplaces in the Lake Macquarie area.
