NOW ACCEPTING GRANTS FOR 2020!
**COVID-19 UPDATE: we're still open for business and are so keen to hear about awesome ideas in these new and changing times! Like you we are feeling our way through so keep your eye out for updates as time continues on! <3 Awesome Foundation Adelaide
Hi, we're the Adelaide Chapter of the Awesome Foundation! South Australia is full of Awesome, and this chapter is ready to give a chance for it to be revealed, developed, or begun. As with other Chapters, the Adelaide Chapter grant one thousand dollars every month with zero strings attached. Just the money awesome needs.
The Awesome Foundation is microphilanthropy in action. Ten people contribute to make $1000 available each month to fund awesomeness. Since 2014 the Adelaide chapter has given more than $55,000 to changemakers, creatives, community organisations and individuals who want to make a difference (even if it is just to bring joy to a group of people). Let us know what you are planning, why it's awesome and how you plan to spend the money. This grant process is designed to be as simple as possible and there are no strings attached to receiving funding. Applications for metropolitan Adelaide and surrounds are preferred, though grants have been awarded for regional projects.
Your need for the $1000 can be your catalyst for the bigger picture. But it won't fund:
• marketing for already established projects • any travel or catering expenses • Awesome submissions that don't show how the money will be used
Interested in becoming a Trustee with Awesome Foundation Adelaide? Simply fill out our Trustee Expression of Interest Form and we'll be in touch when a spot becomes available. Find the form here >> https://forms.gle/9JcwpRtjSWCYzJ9D8
