"Little Free Bus Stop" will be a space by the bus stop that includes a bench, a snack pantry, and an activity library based on how much time you have until your bus arrives. Reading material, small crafts, puzzles, and more will be organized into categories such as 2 minutes, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes depending on how long it takes to engage in. Some things will be free for the taking. Some items might be kept in the library so others can use them. There may even be the opportunity to create a community craft that multiple people can interact with over time. So many of us worry about being unwanted and unwelcome these days. So many people spend time apologizing instead of just being. The goal is for bus goers to have the opportunity to sit, rest, and know they are embraced by their community.
