Maldon is Australia's First Notable Town. We like to think of it as Australia's First Awesome Town.
The trustees of Awesome Foundation Maldon are some self-nominated cool cats. They dabble in interesting careers... Making the best coffees you've ever tasted, commanding crochety old cars to order, pressing the grapes to keep us all in wine and stalking the halls of power advising on, well, politics.
Lots of awesome stuff happens in our district. And we're really proud of that. but you can never have too much awesome.
We love spreading the awesomeness with the support of Maldon and District Community Bank. so if you're from Maldon and District, you're awesome and you want to do something awesome, we're keen too.
