Hearts for Hue Disability Support Project

Hearts for Hue’s Disability Support Program provides assistance to disadvantaged community members living with a disability and families affected by agent orange. Working to improve people’s living conditions, this program delivers economic stability, job creation and supports integration into society.

Community members are given the materials, technical training and the financial support needed to make a living from farming chickens. Onsite training includes teaching new farmers how to properly care for their poultry through administering vaccinations and supplements, building livestock shelters, feeding and rearing practices, as well as instruction in good business practice.

Hearts For Hue will work closely with local authorities to identify and select eligible beneficiary families, distribute the chicks and related supplies, and monitor project implementation to ensure the successful completion of the livelihood program.
