Stoop Games @ The Rotunda

Stoop Games @ The Rotunda will bring intergenerational games and cultural activities to the Portico and front steps of The Rotunda. As BOOM prepares to move into this space over the next three years, these free community engagement events will help introduce the project to neighbors, gather community feedback, and offer accessible cultural programming across genres and disciplines.

The front of the building currently functions as a PRT bus stop, school bus pick-up point, and crosswalk/stoplight; creating a naturally high-traffic intersection with safe, spacious areas that are perfect for outdoor fun. Stoop Games activities will include on-site DJs, live music, bubble machines, karaoke, sidewalk chalk, temporary basketball hoops, jump rope, and more.

BOOM Concepts has secured its permanent future home at The Rotunda, located at 333 N. Negley Avenue, a former synagogue that will become the Rotunda Collaborative. This new space will serve as BOOM’s cultural center and headquarters, expanding its capacity to support Black artists and creative entrepreneurs. The move strengthens BOOM’s long-standing commitment to field-building, knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and storytelling rooted in the Penn Avenue Arts & Commercial District.
