HSP is currently seeking proposals from artists or artist teams to design, create, and install two original murals at the new homeless family shelter located at 115 Stoner Avenue Westminster, MD 21157. The goal is to create uplifting, welcoming, and inclusive public art that fosters hope, healing, and community for families experiencing housing insecurity.

The mural project aims to:
• Brighten and beautify shared spaces within the shelter
• Inspire a sense of hope, safety, dignity, and belonging
• Reflect the diversity, strength, and resilience of families and children
• Encourage community engagement and connection
