I have designed an A5 book full of 80 weird and whimsical drawing prompts. It’s a game we have been playing with my son since he was 3 years old. For example: Draw a monster that is part giraffe, part whale, part beetle, and is playing the drums.

Whenever we went on long car rides, when he struggled to sleep, and then during a 16 month long treatment for cancer starting in 2022. Unfortunately, in June 2026 he relapsed and has recently started chemotherapy again.

He’s excited to turn this game into a drawing book that he can do at hospital but also hand out to his friends and other children on ward. It’s a simple idea and easy to create project, but hopefully an enjoyable one we can share that’s suitable for most ages and abilities.
