Bows4breastcancer makes and sells dog bows and girl bows at gamers markets. The sale of each bow funds one wellness kit for a breast cancer patient undergoing treatment. This organization started when my grandma was diagnosed with Breast Cancer she was given a brochure prior to her double mastectomy of what to buy post surgery and have on hand ready during treatment. The essential items included lotion, chapstick, wipes and losengers. They are placed in canvas bag that can be taken to treatments and reused. My grandma taught me how to make the bows and although I struggled at first making them since I’m not too crafty I eventually got the hang out making them. To this date I have made so many bows and have sold 200 bows. The sales of those made 200 wellness kits and have been delivered all through out Cleveland to clinics, gathering place, villlage project and peoples porches. My goal is to have 500 made and delivered by December.
