EMERGENCY GRANT:

Olufants West situated in the Greater Kruger National Park, has been hit by excessive flooding, literally washing away most of the landscape. Deans dam, an iconic dam(lake) which serves as a wildlife gathering point, burst its banks, roads are impassible and fences that keep wildlife in and poachers out, have been washed away.

This is the first emergency grant of the Conservation and Climate Chapter. In addition to the standard grant, others have donated money to add to this grant. This grant will protect wildlife immediately by enabling grantees to prioritize emergency needs first.
