Night Shift: An Experiment

Night Shift: An Experiment, is an immersive, pop-up event, that will showcase a diverse range of media—including sound performances, installation art, avant-garde film, and experimental textile — all created by local Florida artists working outside of the traditional institutional system.
The lineup:

*Carl Knickerbocker: Avant-garde Film
*Bethany Mikell: Experimental Textiles
*Bahareh Khoshooee: Installation
*Chris LeBrane: Sound Art
*Brittany Metz: Immersive Video Experience

The evening will include a chance to meet and greet all artists and experience their art first hand, while also seeing some of them "at work", creating experimental art live in the museum. Additionally, there will be music by local DJs and guests will have access to the Museum’s two new exhibitions: Nick Cave: Feat. and Purvis Young and His Angels.

An additional experience may include an awesome experimental projection mapping on the landmark sculpture by Dale Chihuly, by local new media creatives Ascend Studios. This is where we need your awesome grant!!
