Calvary Kid Care of Penns Valley (a non-profit early-childhood learning center) is trying to create the most positive environment possible by increasing staff retention and reducing workplace negativity. We serve many families in an lower income area and are always striving to make sure their children have the best head start we can give them. A way to achive this is to create a staff culture where people are positive and excited to work together. Our staff unity project will not only create bonds, but also create collaborative art! The Grounded Canary will host our unity day and create both self reflective art as well as group art projects that we will display both in our childhood center and throughout our community.
