Our project is centered around bringing people together through music in a screen free way. Our community listening station allows anyone to discover new music, interests, and passions through a musical form that connects across generations. We plan to fuse modern and vintage vinyls with a classic listening device. The plan is to create an experience that feels nostalgic and exciting for people of all ages. The area will include two record players and a wide variety of vinyls, we will also include a donation crate for anyone who would care to donate any vinyls of their own to the project. We plan to set our project up in a popular spot in Ipswich where we can reach the most people possible in our community. We could set up our little record station in the corner of a local business in Ipswich and increase the space's mood and atmosphere, bringing people together to bond over music and enjoy the experiences derived from listening to records.
