the firmament is an evening-length dance-theater experience produced for the community of South Bend. Made up of a series of vignettes, the work explores the earthly side of our humanness, inviting audiences to become curious, question relationships, and confront vulnerabilities. Expect moments of humor and struggle illuminating the dualities of the human condition.
We will be working with Robinson Community Learning Center to stage this event in their black box theatre. Students from Riley High School will help with tech rehearsals and backstage during the show. They may also perform a piece of their own at the beginning of the show.
