Cloverly Village is a small condo association on the south side of Ann Arbor in Ward 3. Our community comprises 76 families, many of whom have limited financial resources.

One project we've considered is installing a Little Free Library within Cloverly Village. We believe it is a great opportunity to provide residents with easier access to books, encourage literacy (especially since many of the residents are new parents), and foster neighbor-to-neighbor interactions and connections. Unfortunately, the cost of purchasing and installing a Little Free Library is beyond what our association can afford at this time. We have some of the lowest dues in the city ($285/month) to help keep Ann Arbor affordable. Because of this, every penny goes into upkeep.
