Those Who Served: Korean & Vietnam War Veterans

Ten years ago, I, with tremendous community support, produced an exhibition of Cape Ann's Greatest Generation - Veterans of WWII. Now, with the 50th anniversary of the end of our involvement in Vietnam, it is time to honor the service of those who answered their nation's call for the wars in Korea and Vietnam.
Unlike the men and women who returned from Europe and the Pacific, these veterans returned to an altogether different reception: indifference and, in some cases, outright hostility. It's time to remember that every veteran who serves their nation, our nation, especially those who served during times of conflict, deserves respect and honor. This is my attempt to help tell and preserve their stories.
My goal is to fund the creation of an exhibition to be held at Gloucester's City Hall by Veterans' Day 2025.
