Our project would be to purchase Music and Movement instruments for our Preschool and Pre-K students. The benefit of music for children is so important in the development of many areas. For example, brain development to improve cognitive function, language and vocabulary is increased, auditory perception, which will help with future reading and phonics skills by distinguishing different sounds, and math skills by improving memory and making patterns. Along with these developmental skills, music and movement help children to express themselves, learn creativity and develop physically though movement.
