Steel City Malibu Club was established in 1982 and has been running monthly social competitions since. It has always been a club of connection. Bringing together those who love longboarding and holding a space for surfers to uplift one another. Friendships have formed through this club, leading to members going on surf trips together. The club has also helped boost members confidence through taking part in courses and running charity events.
As memberships have dropped over the years and fees have increased, this year we are hoping with the help from our local community we can boost our advertising efforts and improve our monthly comp set up and attract more members.
