The Essex County Pet Pantry is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping pets with the families who love them. We serve residents throughout Essex County who are experiencing financial hardship and are struggling to afford pet food and basic supplies. By providing dog and cat food, litter, bedding, and other essential items, we help prevent unnecessary pet surrenders and reduce the strain on local shelters. As a 100% volunteer-run organization, we rely on community support and partnerships to meet the growing need in our area. Our mission is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that temporary hardship should never mean losing a beloved companion.
