The project, "Scaling VP Designs with Curated Discovery Bundles," will establish our new product line, VP Curated Discovery Bundles, and build the necessary e-commerce infrastructure to scale VP Designs from a local Westminster maker into a thriving regional and national wholesale brand.

The VP Curated Discovery Bundle is a high-quality, themed book and gift package designed to promote literacy and the joy of discovery. Similar to "Blind Date with a Book" products, each book is wrapped and decorated, paired with small, curated gifts that enhance the reading experience.

To stand out among similar product lines, the Bundles are designed for all ages, including age-appropriate items that complement the book. For example, a kid's picture book like The Velveteen Rabbit would include crayons, stickers, art kits, and an activity book. This activity book, made up of rabbit-themed coloring pages, drawing and writing prompts, will encourage the young reader to engage with the story beyond its pages.

Thoughtful Sustainability is a key pillar of VP Designs as my original products were made by upcycling old book pages and thrifted items found primarily in Carroll County-based stores. These bundles feature gently used and pre-loved books, thus reducing waste and giving excellent literature a second life.

We will soft-launch the bundles through Kelly + Co on Westminster's East Main Street in late October/early-November with future plans to expand into bulk options for parties, corporate gifts, and book clubs. This initiative will also help fill a growing need in our community for fun, literacy-focused products.
