Sip the Juse 25th Anniversary
Founded in 2000 by a passionate group of young dancers from the suburbs of Fairfield City, Just Us Elements (Juse Crew) has grown into a powerhouse in the breakdancing community. From humble beginnings, we have remained dedicated to our craft—achieving success in competitions, teaching, and performing on both national and international stages.
As we mark our 25th anniversary, we are proud to honour the rich history and legacy of Juse Crew. This milestone is an opportunity to unite past and present members, along with the wider community, to reflect on our incredible journey and achievements, cementing Juse Crew’s place in Australian breakdancing history.
Beyond competing and performing, Juse Crew has been deeply committed to giving back to the community. Over the years, our members have shared their knowledge and passion by teaching breakdancing to local students and young kids across Fairfield City. Through workshops, mentorship programs, and school initiatives, we have helped inspire the next generation of dancers—providing a positive and creative outlet for youth while fostering confidence, discipline, and self-expression.
The aim of this project is to celebrate Juse Crew’s 25th anniversary and honour its impact on the local and global breakdancing community. By hosting a breakdancing competition and bringing together dancers, past and present members, and the local community, we aim to foster unity, inspire youth, and showcase the transformative power of dance. Breakdancing has been shown to provide positive social outcomes, including increased self-esteem, discipline, and community connection. Breakdancing is an inclusive art form that welcomes everyone, regardless of skill level, age, or gender, offering a space where all can express themselves, grow, and connect through the universal language of dance. This event will continue to create these positive impacts, further enhancing the cultural landscape, encourage inclusivity, and community engagement
