If there is one thing Daisy is certain of, it’s her love for cars. As a self-described “huge car buff,” she fixes cars on her own, making car ownership affordable. Her awesome project, “Geared for Girls,” aims to give women the confidence they deserve when it comes to their cars. As she says, “I would love nothing more than to create other feminine car enthusiasts, we are a dying breed!”

The project scope would include teaching women basic automobile knowledge, basic maintenance and repair, and how to drive a manual transmission. Teaching women how different parts of the car work and function, she says, will give them a better understanding of how it all works, alleviate anxiety, boost confidence, and ultimately save money.
