Rasputin II: Bring Back the Groove is a sequel to the hit PVD Fringe performances and subsequent fall run at The Wilbury Theatre Group, to sold out audiences. Grigori Rasputin never died, made his way to the US, and has transitioned from providing mystic powers of love to the Romanovs to being a self-love guru to poor repressed capitalistic Americans. Rasputin, LIVE! The first show was about how to unconditionally love yourself through Bolshevick-inspired Zumba, participation potatoes, Madonna lipsyncs, on-stage therapy sessions, and more. It brought audiences of ~100 together every night to dance during the show and in the dance party that ended the performance.
