The ReWork Project is dedicated to providing dignified work opportunities and social support services to people experiencing homelessness and housing instability in Austin.

"ReWorkers" learn how to build wood products and are paid a competitive wage to make picnic tables, drink carriers, and cornhole game boards that are sold to the public, with all proceeds re-invested in the project.

By providing work that is rewarding, well-paid, and flexible enough to meet the unique needs of people with housing instability, the ReWork Project gives people who want to work an opportunity that would not otherwise exist.

A $1000 grant from the Austin Awesome Foundation will support the purchase and installation of a utility sink for the project's new workshop.
