My 11 year old daughter is creating The Culture Nook, a portable library dedicated to unity, literacy, and culture. She wants to provide children with access to books from different backgrounds while creating a space where they can learn about and celebrate each other’s cultures.

Through interactive storytimes, kids from various backgrounds will have the opportunity to attend pop ups and share books and stories from their own cultures, helping to foster understanding and appreciation among their peers. Her pop-up events will feature engaging activities, book giveaways, and opportunities for children to connect through the power of storytelling.

Her mission is to bring communities together, promote literacy, and inspire cultural appreciation—one book at a time!
