We award a $1000 Awesome Grant 4 times a year for the creation of a project that positively impacts our community. We want to inspire & support ideas that will make Washington County, Oregon an even better place to live, work & play! We're looking to fund "small", interesting projects driven by a few passionate contributors that have the possibility of a "BIG" impact.
Awesome Hour: Join us for a lively evening of ideas & inspiration at our official "office hour" where we award the $1000 grant & socialize with potential and aspiring applicants. Tuesday, June 21, 7-8 PM at the Market of Choice, 250 NW Lost Springs Terrace, Cedar Mill. Bring a friend, eat/drink, meet the trustees, network with other "doers of good" in your community, brainstorm interesting ideas (Wouldn't it be AWESOME if...) & congratulate the summer $1000 Awesome grant winner - and learn how YOU can help the project be realized! No host food & drinks. No need to RSVP (Just show up!)

What would YOU do with a $1000 grant?
Our next application deadline is Tuesday, September 13, 11:59 PM, PST. For our fall grant, four finalists will be invited to give a 5 minute "Pitch" to the trustees on Tuesday, September 27, between 7-8 PM. The grant winner will receive $1000 at our public Awesome Hour on Tuesday, October 18, 7-8 PM. Both activities are held at the Market of Choice, 250 NW Lost Springs Terrace, Cedar Mill.
What is Awesome? Our definition of "awesome" is intentionally left up to your imagination. We can't wait to read what you come up with!
